General information

            ➤ Payment via Paypal
            ➤ I DO NOT allow the use of my works for NFTs and AI under any circumstances
            and conditions.
            ➤ Cancellation of an order is only available before the payment.
            ➤ I hold the right to decline commissions that:
                 ‣ Might be harmful/offensive to a specific group of people
                 ‣ May be too difficult/uncomfortable for me to draw.
                 ‣ Are sexually explicit themes

Usage policy

            I, the artist, retain every rights to the artwork, not the commissioner.

            I am allowed to the copyrighted artwork to:            ➤ Include it in my portfolio
            ➤ Promote myself on any place or platform
            ➤ Earn money from it.


            The commissioners are allowed to:            ➤ Use the copyrighted artwork for their personal use only, unless agreed
            otherwise. This includes printing and claiming the rights to their character(s)
            but not the drawing itself.
            ➤ Promote themselves using the artwork, provided they give proper credit to
            the artist by including a credit/link or tagging.

Commercial Work

            With commercial use, I will charge an additional +100% of
            the total price for commercial rights.
            With commercial rights, you are allowed to:            ➤ Create merchandise featuring the artwork.
            ➤ Modify or edit the artwork to suit your brand, with credit
             to the artist still required even if altered or edited.

WORK TIME

            Work time usually takes at least 1-2 weeks, though this may vary depending
            on the artwork's complexity, my current workload, or any urgent matters.
            Rest assured, I'll keep you informed of any changes immediately.            Please be patient and understanding.

STEP 𝟭
PREPARATION

Start by messaging me your idea. Feel free to provide as many details
as possible about your character, along with any references you'd like me to use.

STEP 2
THUMBNAIL / SKETCH

I'll make a quick sketch/thumbnail(s) and send it to you.
Once you approve it, I'll message you the total price and send a Paypal invoice.

STEP 𝟯
PAYMENT

You can make a 50-100% non-refundable payment of the total price.
Once the initial payment is made, I will begin working on your order.

STEP 𝟰
PRODUCTION

I will stay in contact with you, I will be sending updates
and progress, and I might also ask some questions if needed.
At this stage, you can ask me for minor tweaks or changes.
(Please note: You can request minor changes up to 3 times only.)

STEP 𝟱
COMPLETION

Once the artwork is completed, I will ask for the remaining balance
payment if you haven't paid in full. Once the payment is settled,
I'll send you the image via email.
